1.全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母线规格型号说明

例1:GXQJ-35/3150代表复合绝缘管型母线,全绝缘结构,额定电压35kV,额定电流3150 A 。

Example 1: GXQJ-35/3150 represents composite insulated tubular bus, fully insulated structure, rated voltage 35kV, rated current 3150 A.

例2:GXBJ-10/4000代表复合绝缘管型母线,半绝缘结构,额定电压10kV,额定电流4000A。

Example 2: GXBJ-10/4000 represents composite insulated tubular busbar, semi-insulated structure, rated voltage 10kV, rated current 4000A.

2.产品结构  Product Structure

全蔽复合绝缘管型母线以聚酯材料为主绝缘,应用电容均压原理,采用全机械绕包工艺在管型导体外表面制做绝缘。

The fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus is mainly insulated with polyester material, and the principle of capacitance equalization is applied, and the all-mechanical wrapping process is used to make insulation on the outer surface of the tubular conductor.

(4)导体连接  Conductor connection

 a 、焊接连接:采用内衬式补强衬管,焊接坡口大于两倍导流体壁厚,焊接一体成型。

Welded connection: the lining reinforcing liner is adopted, the welding groove is greater than twice the wall thickness of the fluid conduction, and the welding is integrally formed.

b 、内嵌式机械连接:采用内嵌式中间连接器对导流体进行连接,导流体内壁及中间连接器外表面经精密机械加工,接触面紧密配合。

Embedded mechanical connection: The embedded intermediate connector is used to connect the conductive fluid, and the inner wall of the diversion and the outer surface of the intermediate connector are precision machined, and the contact surface is closely matched.


c 、可伸缩软连接:母线接头位置采用软铜箔或铜编织线软连接方式连接,适用于抵消单段较长母线(50~60米)的热胀冷缩效应。

全预制电容型绝缘屏蔽筒采用与母线端部梯差相反的电容屏结构,安装时,屏蔽筒与母线电容屏电气连通。屏蔽筒内可用多种方式连接母线导体。结构如下图:

The fully prefabricated capacitive insulated shielding tube adopts a capacitive screen structure that is opposite to the ladder difference at the end of the bus, and when installed, the shielding tube is electrically connected with the bus capacitive screen. 全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母线端部是采用特殊工艺将导流体(铜、铝管)端部直接压扁、打孔制做,其各电流等级的端子尺寸皆符合国标GB5237要求。

The end of the fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus is made by directly flattening and punching the end of the conductive fluid (copper and aluminum tube) by a special process, and the terminal sizes of each current level meet the requirements of the national standard GB5237.

 b 、母线端部均压结构   Equalizing structure at the end of the busbar

全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母线端部,零屏、中间电容屏、接地屏端部呈阶梯状设置,以起到分散电场的作用。产品端部无需另外加装半导电应力锥分散电场。结构如下图:

The ends of the fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus, the ends of the zero screen, the intermediate capacitive screen and the grounding screen are set in a stepped manner to play the role of dispersing the electric field. There is no need for a semi-conductive stress cone at the end of the product to disperse the electric field. The structure is as follows:

该端部均压结构来源于高压电气产品,具有均匀电场能力强、与母线主绝缘制做工艺一致、可逐根进行电气检测、无需额外均压方案。

8.主要性能  Key features

产品满足 DL / T 1658《35kV及以下固体绝缘管型母线》、 Q /GDW11646《7.2kV-40.5kV绝缘管

型母线技术规范国家电网公司企业标准》的要求。

The product meets the requirements of DL / T 1658 "35kV and below solid insulated tubular

 bus" and Q / GDW11646 "7.2kV-40.5kV insulated tubular bus technical specification State 

Grid Corporation Enterprise Standard".

(1)绝缘水平及局部放电水平  Insulation level and partial discharge level



(2)介质损耗因数  Dielectric dissipation factor

10kV电压下测量,介质损耗因数不大于0.005(测试度10~40℃)

最高温升不大于50K  The maximum temperature rise is not more than 50K

9.导体规格  Conductor specifications

在额定电压、额定电流相同的情况下选用铝合金为导体的产品比选用铜为导体的产品节约大概30%-

40%的材料成本。

In the case of the same rated voltage and rated current, the product with aluminum alloy as

 the conductor saves about 30%-40% of the material cost compared with the product with 

copper as the conductor.



11.验收及维护  Acceptance and maintenance

每根全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母线出厂前均进行了工频耐压、局部放电测量、介质损耗因数测量。产品到

现场后,可以按GB50150《电气装置安装工程电气设备交接试验标准》进行。全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母

线基本不需要维护,每2~3年进行一次耐压和电容量及介质损耗因数测量即可。

Each fully shielded composite insulated tubular busbar has been measured by power 

frequency withstand voltage, partial discharge and dielectric loss factor before leaving 

the factory. After the product arrives at the site, it can be carried out in accordance with 

the GB50150 "Electrical Equipment Handover Test Standard for Electrical Installation 

Engineering". The fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus basically does not need

 maintenance, and the withstand voltage, capacitance and dielectric dissipation factor can

 be measured every 2~3 years.

12.运输及安装  Transportation and installation

出厂时各段全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母线分别编号,便于现场安装。

When leaving the factory, each section of fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus is 

numbered separately, which is convenient for on-site installation.

运输时用防震材料包装,防止剧烈震动。

Packed with shockproof material during transportation to prevent severe vibration.

出厂文件包括:产品合格证、试验报告和产品说明书。

The factory documents include: product certificate, test report and product manual.

安装好后应将全屏蔽复合绝缘管型母线的末屏引线可靠接地。

After installation, the end screen lead of the fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus 

should be reliably grounded.

13.订货须知  Ordering instructions

订货时至少需提出下述参数:

电气参数:额定电压、额定电流、短时热电流、动稳定电流、绝缘水平。

Electrical parameters: rated voltage, rated current, short-time thermal current, dynamic 

stable current, insulation level.

环境参数:环境温度、海拔高度、污秽等级。

Environmental parameters: ambient temperature, altitude, pollution level.

敷设方式:架空敷设、电缆沟敷设、电缆夹层敷设、竖直敷设、混合敷设。
