免维护玻璃钢绝缘低压交直流母线槽是空气绝缘母线槽、密集型母线槽和环氧树脂浇注型母线槽的升级换代产品。该产品使用波纹形薄板作为导体,散热性能好,导体利用率高。导体中间接头、端部接线端子均采用焊接连接,减小了导体接触电阻,可以免维护。导体外部覆盖玻璃钢扁管,在导体与玻璃钢扁管之间填充导热性好、耐高温的石英砂颗粒,即提高了母线的防护等级,使其可以在浸水、直埋地下等特殊条件下运行,同时还增加了导体的散热性能及母线槽的机械强度。免维护玻璃钢绝缘低压交直流母线槽可做为交流线槽亦可做为直流母线槽,即可水平布置又可竖直布置,是具有很高性价比的产品。
