免维护玻璃钢绝缘低压交直流母线槽是空气绝缘母线槽、密集型母线槽和环氧树脂浇注型母线槽的升级换代产品。该产品使用波纹形薄板作为导体，散热性能好，导体利用率高。导体中间接头、端部接线端子均采用焊接连接，减小了导体接触电阻，可以免维护。导体外部覆盖玻璃钢扁管，在导体与玻璃钢扁管之间填充导热性好、耐高温的石英砂颗粒，即提高了母线的防护等级，使其可以在浸水、直埋地下等特殊条件下运行，同时还增加了导体的散热性能及母线槽的机械强度。免维护玻璃钢绝缘低压交直流母线槽可做为交流线槽亦可做为直流母线槽，即可水平布置又可竖直布置，是具有很高性价比的产品。

玻璃钢绝缘外壳一体成型，绝缘性能好、机械强度高、化学性质稳定、防水、耐腐蚀，且便于密封，整体防护等级高，可以达到IP68。

导体和绝缘外壳之间填充的石英砂颗粒导热性能好，耐高温，选取合适绝缘外壳壁厚，可使母线槽满足导体温升≤70K，外壳温升≤40K的国家标准。

免维护玻璃钢绝缘低压交直流母线槽导体中间接头采用焊接方式与母线导体连接，中间接头具有伸缩功能，可以抵消导体因热胀冷缩引起的内部应力和形变。其外部覆盖绝缘护套，在保证绝缘性能、耐腐蚀、耐老化的基础上同样具备伸缩功能。如母线槽用于直埋地下、电缆沟、涵洞等环境，在护套外增设不锈钢网以防止动物啃咬。
